RFCs that are drafted or proposed and not yet built.
On 2026-09-19 every RFC that was not already marked Accepted (Draft, Proposed, Under Review) was re-checked against the code, and its header corrected. RFCs that were already Accepted were not re-audited. An RFC appears here only if its work has not started or is genuinely still being designed. RFCs that are accepted but have open scope are listed on the Accepted page under "Partially implemented".
