Enrich the committed ledger in a post-commit step.

EkosExtension::after_commit runs in ekos commit, after [llm-description] and before [embeddings], with a CommitContext over the fully committed ledger. It returns summary lines for commit's report.

Use it for enrichment that needs the whole graph and is not a pure function of one artifact: subsystem summaries, derived risks, LLM descriptions. Write through the store handle you are given, keep writes append-only, and label anything non-deterministic.

Built-in examples: subsystem rollups, data-lineage linking, [llm-description], and vector embedding.
