Evidence
Evidence records in detail, and what counts as good evidence.
An evidence record is a (location, fragment, confidence) triple plus an id and timestamp.

Rules
- No evidence, no object.
- Evidence is immutable; better evidence is appended, and the compiler orders by confidence.
- Anything that cannot be parsed is stored as
Unmappedevidence — "something is here, not yet understood" — never dropped.
